Cancellation/No-show

Due to the high demand of my time, Please kindly give the courtesy of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. I'm honored to reserve this time for you- however, if you're unable to make it; I have a wait list that would appreciate your appointment.  Cancellations without adequate notification, will require 50% of scheduled service to be paid prior to reschedule.

*ALL No-Shows will require 100% of scheduled service to be paid prior to reschedule. Thank you for understanding.

Racing the clock

 It's easy I know. Sometimes things are out of our control. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment or services will be altered to accommodate your allotted time.

As always I want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. Hair is my passion and I take great pride in my work. If you are dissatisfied in the slightest; please let me know- as an easy adjustment may be needed.  After all, I can't help what I don't know.

  • Adjustment requests required within 4 days of your initial service date.

  • Adjustments may be full price if you decide to revise original look or another professional make any adjustments to the cut/color/extensions.

  • Chemical services are ONLY guaranteed when  recommended professional products are purchased from my studio directly.

  • A redo color service fee of $20 per bowl needed to make the adjustments and will include a blow-dry service.

  • I will respectfully tell you if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. I choose NOT to push the envelope and keep your hair as healthy as possible.

  • All hair extension hair purchased are non-refundable as they are custom purchased for you and not reusable.

Sickness 

Full disclosure on both sides of this baby.  If you or anyone in your home are either awaiting COVID  test results- having ANY COLD symptoms or know you've been exposed-  please let me know and you'll be rescheduled asap.  I too will be transparent in my situation.  

If you're  not feeling well- please reschedule.  Honestly ~ I'd rather not pass along your common cold and miss work.  Thanks for understanding. ***Cancellation Policy Waived***
